New Regulation for ICP Registration 23/03/2010

From now on, one can not point a website to a blank page during the ICP registration process, due to the latest CHINA government’s changed regulation for ICP registration, effective today.

The new regulation, effective 23/03/2010  is:  one can NOT resolve the domain at all until the ICP license has been granted.

The period for ICP registration still is 20 Working Days.
